The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Delta, State of  Colorado (hereinafter referred to as “the County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified applicants for a  Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to lease the office hangar, tie downs and fuel farm located at Blake Field Airport  and to provide typical general aviation FBO services.  

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective applicants (hereinafter referred to as an “Applicants”) for the submission of sealed proposals to be considered by Delta  County (hereinafter referred to as “County"). Bidders may obtain proposal documents through this website (see link(s) below).

All proposals shall be marked “FIXED BASE OPERATOR “on the face of the envelope and hand delivered or mailed to the Delta County Attorney’s Office, 540 Columbia Street, # A, Delta, CO, 81416 no later than, July 18, 2022, at 11:30 A.M. Proposals received after this time SHALL NOT BE  ACCEPTED. Proposals will be publicly opened on July 18, 2022, at 1:30 P.M. in the Samuel Wade  Room, 560 Dodge Street, Delta, CO. 

Proposals will be presented to the Delta County Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a  regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting.
