The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Delta, State of Colorado is soliciting proposals for the purchase of Four (4), model year, 2022, 4-wheel drive patrol vehicles for the Delta County Sheriff’s Office consisting of 4-W/D pickup trucks, short bed, ½ ton with 4/door crew cab/super crew. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY). Bidders may obtain bid documents through this web page (see link(s) below).
All bids shall be marked “2022 Sheriff Office Vehicle Purchase" on the face of the envelope and hand-delivered or mailed to the Delta County Attorney’s Office, 540 Columbia Street, Suite A, Delta, Colorado 81416, no later than Friday, January 21, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. Bids received after this time SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids will be publicly opened on Friday, January 21, 2022, at 11:30 A.M., Delta County Administration Building, Samuel Wade Room, 560 Dodge, Street, Delta, CO. Bids will be presented to the Delta County Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a regularly scheduled Commissioners Meeting. Prices are to reflect delivery to Delta, Colorado.
Delivery will be to the Delta County Courthouse located at 501 Palmer Street, Delta, Colorado. Delta County shall accept responsibility for the vehicle at that time.
The County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informality; to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County.
