The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Delta, State of Colorado (hereinafter referred to as “the County”) is soliciting proposals to receive competitive bid proposals from qualified entities for the purchase of an Excavator, for Delta County District # 10, to be used to excavate dirt and rock for various purposes.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a “Vendor” or “Respondent”) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY).  Bidders may obtain bidding documents through this website (see link(s) below).   Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached.

All bids shall be marked “EXCAVATOR “on the face of the envelope and hand-delivered or mailed to the Delta County Attorney’s Office, 540 Columbia Street, # A, Delta, CO, 81416 no later than February 26, 2021, at 11:30 A.M.   Bids received after this time SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Bids will be publicly opened on February 26, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. in the Roubideau Room, S.E. end of Human Services Building, 320 West 5th Street, Delta, Colorado.

Bids will be presented to the Delta County Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting.
