Get VaccinatedColorado opening 10 community vaccination sites to administer new omicron vaccines

STATEWIDE (September 8, 2022) — Over the next week, Colorado is opening 10 large-scale COVID-19 community vaccination sites to administer the newly approved Pfizer and Moderna omicron vaccines. The community vaccination sites also offer primary vaccine doses for anyone aged 6 months and older, as well as third doses for children aged 5 through 11 years. Novavax is available at every site for anyone aged 12 years and up who has not already received a vaccine. The new sites are opening across the state and have the capacity to administer a total of 4,250 doses daily.

MONKEYPOX

As of July 1, 2022, all contractors conducting radon measurement and/or mitigation in Colorado must be licensed by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). 

Radon is an odorless and colorless radioactive gas that forms through the natural breaking down of uranium in soil, water, and rocks.


Delta Health announced today the return of their drive-through flu shot clinic happening on October 14 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Hospital located at 1501 East 3rd Street in Delta.

The drive-through clinic will be accepting insurance, cash, or check for the vaccinations. The regular flu shot, for those 18 years or older, is free with most insurances or is $20. The high-dose flu shot (for ages 65 and older) is free with most insurances or $60. The clinic will be available while supplies last.
