The Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Delta, State
of Colorado, is soliciting proposals for the purchase of UP TO THREE (3), 4-wheel drive vehicles for the Delta County
Sheriff’s Office consisting of 2020,
4-W/D SUV’S and-or 4-W/D pickup trucks,
short bed, ½ ton with 4/door crew cab/super crew. The purpose of
this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective
vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission
of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as
County) for the purchase of UP TO THREE (3), 2020, 4-W/D
SUV’(S) and-or 4-W/D Pickup Truck(s), short bed, ½ ton with 4/door crew
Bid specifications and County Bid
forms may be picked up at the Delta County Attorney’s Office, 550 Palmer
Street, # 102, Delta, Colorado 81416 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday excluding the lunch hour between noon and 1:00 p.m. and legally
recognized holidays. Bidders may also
obtain bid documents through this website (see link at the bottom of this page).
All bids shall be marked "2020 Sheriff Office Vehicle Purchase"
on the face of the envelope and hand-delivered or mailed to the Delta County
Attorney’s Office, 550 Palmer Street, # 102, Delta, Colorado 81416, no later
than December 6, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. Bids received after this time SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids will be
publicly opened on December 6, 2019,
at 10:30 A.M.., Delta County Courthouse, 501 Palmer St., Room 234, Delta,
Colorado. Bids will be presented to the
Delta County Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a regularly
scheduled Commissioners Meeting.
The County reserves the right to
reject any bids; to change, add, or amend
the specifications; to waive any informality; to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, best serves
the interest of the County.
