Board of County Commissioners of the County of Delta, State of Colorado is
soliciting proposals from a qualified individual(s) or firm to provide support
services for Delta County’s, Colorado Works/TANF Program. The successful individual(s) or firm will
contract with the Delta County Human Services Department to provide in-home
life and job coaching, focusing on self-sufficiency and bridging relationships
between TANF clients and the Department of Human Services. This is a Contract Position, no benefits will
be provided. The Contractor shall be
responsible for his/her taxes and insurance.
purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to
prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the
submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter
referred to as County) for proposals from a qualified individual(s) or firm to
provide support services for Delta County’s, Colorado Works/TANF Program as
detailed in Section 1.9, Scope of Work/Services, of this RFP.

Attorney’s Office, 550 Palmer Street, # 102, Delta, Colorado 81416 from 8:00
a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding the lunch hour between
noon and 1:00 p.m. and legally recognized holidays. Bidders may also obtain bidding documents
through this website (see link below). Bids
must be submitted on County forms with any additional information may be

13, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. Bids received after this time SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids will be publicly opened on June 13,
2019, at 11:00 AM., Delta County Courthouse, 501 Palmer St., Room 234,
Delta, Colorado. Bids will be presented
to the Delta County Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a
regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners Meeting.
County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the
specifications; to waive any informality; to accept the proposal which, in its
judgment, best serves the interest of the County.
