The Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Delta, State of Colorado is soliciting proposals
for the purchase of two (2) Skid Steers to be used by the Delta County Road and
Bridge Districts # 2 and # 4. The
purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to
prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the
submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter
referred to as County) for the purchase of two (2) Skid Steers to be used by
the Delta County Road and Bridge Districts # 2 and # 4.
specifications and County Bid forms may be picked up at the Delta County
Attorney’s Office, 550 Palmer Street, # 102, Delta, Colorado 81416 from 8:00
a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding the lunch hour between
noon and 1:00 p.m. and legally recognized holidays.Bidders may also obtain bidding documents
through this website (see link below). Bids
must be submitted on County forms, and any additional information may be
bids shall be marked "SKID STEERS
PURCHASE" on the face of the envelope and hand delivered or mailed to
the Delta County Attorney’s Office, 550 Palmer Street, # 102, Delta, CO, 81416
no later than June 13, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. Bids received after this time SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids will be publicly opened on June
13, 2019, at 10:30 AM., Delta County Courthouse, 501
Palmer St., Room 234, Delta, Colorado. Bids will be presented to the Delta County
Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a regularly scheduled Board
of County Commissioners Meeting.
Prices are to
reflect delivery to Delta County, Colorado. Delivery will be made to the Delta County Road
and Bridge District # 2 Shop located at 2544 South Grand Mesa Drive, Cedaredge,
CO 81413. Delta County shall accept
responsibility for the equipment at that time.
County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the
specifications; to waive any informality; to accept the proposal which, in its
judgment, best serves the interest of the County
